Qualifications

Joseph Rich Process's highly trained staff is here to assist you in any way. Our office manager is a certified paralegal and has 10 years of experience in the legal field. Our servers are supervised by a former police officer who has over 20 years in the process service/ law enforcement field.

Our process servers are either sheriff's appointed or certified by the counties they are serving papers in. They are courteous, reliable, and aggressive. Our office staff will give you any updates from 9:00 a.m. till 5:00 p.m. Monday through Friday. RUSH service is available. Your affidavit's of service are sent back to you in a timely manner.
